TIE Striker prototype

Another ship we encountered in our RPG campaign. Among the fighters protecting the Imperial base at Rungyet were earlier versions of the TIE Striker seen on Scarif in Rogue One, 5 years later. This prototype already had the capacity for delivering bombs, but the rest of the armament was that of a standard TIE Fighter, lacking both the heavy laser cannons and the wingtip laser cannons seen in the later TIE Striker model.

Since Imperial operations on the planet had the goal of extracting a massive Kyber crystal for the Advanced Weapons Research division, the presence of these prototypes as part of the base's defenses makes sense, as a way to both provide protection and test the fighter in the field.

Done with a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil with a grade 2B lead. The sketch is about 7 cm wide, and yes, I need a scanner…
